Help with Login
- In the field marked “ID” please enter the email address where you received your confirmation email.
- Your email is the only ID that will give you access.
- In the field marked “PW”, enter your unique confirmation code. When you registered, we sent you an email containing a unique eight‑character confirmation code.
- Your login information will only be accepted once, so make sure not to close your browser window or you risk getting locked out.
- If you are unable to find your confirmation email or if there are problems logging in, please contact us.
If there are any technical difficulties…
Occasionally we may encounter temporary interruptions in our video stream. If this happens, please take the following steps:
- Keep your browser window open and wait for the program to begin streaming again automatically.
- If you are still unable to view the stream after a few minutes, refresh your browser.
- If the video plays back from the beginning, LOG OUT from the session, CLOSE your browser window, and log back in to rejoin.
